Whimsical Jungle
This project explored surface design focused on pattern design in order to create a collection composed by one main pattern and two coordinates inspired by children imagery and kids global trends. The finality of the project was to be applied to wearable products such as backpacks, raincoats, pencil cases, shirts and more. The collection intended to appeal to both children and adults who are still kids-at-heart. The theme for the collection is inspired by the Colombian rainforests in the Amazonas. Due to this, the design includes animal motives, human characters, and lush vegetation. Finally, I intended to capture an adventurous, curious explorer-like scene that invites costumers to find different hidden details. Digital, 2017.
